FLFR2 is the perfect choice for the storage of hazardous materials where Fire Rated Construction is required. Each model utilizes 2-Hour Fire Rated, non-combustible, weatherproof construction per UL 263 &ASTM E-119. Multiple layers of UL classified fire-resistant gypsum wallboard are encased between exterior 12 gauge steel and interior heavy gauge Galvanneal sheet steel for maximum durability. The
FLFR2 can be manufactured to meet a bi-directional fire code or a unidirectional fire code for storing flammables. The FLFR2 is the premier solution for the compliant storage of flammables/combustibles (Location limits may apply. FM and NFPA state that flammables can be stored in this unit, but at distances of 10' to from an occupied structure or property line. Consult your local official for their requirements). |
