Reconditioned and Second Runs   Second run drums and overrun drums are sometimes available in Fiber, Poly, and Steel. These drums comply with the UN Rating that is stamped on them. These drums are new and have never been used. We offer these drums at a discounted rate. We stock large quantities of reconditioned steel drums. UN ratings vary on Open Head and Tight Head reconditioned drums. The Open Head drum comes with either a Bolt Ring or Inside Leverlock Ring.
